with a life-threatening condition, please share the information on this website with his/her
parents or guardians. We never solicit wishes so for us to make dreams come true we need you to
spread the message. Parents, guardians and physicians may call (315) 475-9474 or our toll free number,
(800) 846-9474, to submit a formal referral for their child or patient. |
